Users will spend most of the time on this page. users can see all kind of available details & history while calling consumers and submit disposition & sub disposition according to call . There are Reminder and Recovery Status Panel

Quality Score

Quality Score manager can search agents and listen recording of calls and rate performences of the agents. It Contain Quality Analysis and Quality Export .
